Jim Denton is a senior consultant in the Lab Services DB2 for i team where his responsibilities include both customized skills transfer and hands on consulting. Jim specializes in SQL performance, data-centric programming, and database modernization. Jim started his IBM career in 1981 as an S/38 operating system programmer.
