Tamara is one of the three founders of R2i, with more than 35 years of experience in IT. She has been working with IBM i, since it was called System/38! She has spent 29 years of her career at IBM as technical pre-sales and is now the VP of Innovation at R2i.  Tamara has spoken at both COMMON and TUG on performance analysis and capacity planning.  She is a strong believer that   Tradition + Innovation = Evolution. Ansible is all about Evolving your IT.

Dan is an Enterprise Solution Architect for R2i. He has worked across industries such as Government, Retail, Energy, and Finance, architecting and implementing technology in support of IT business applications. Having worked 15 years at IBM and 7 years as a System Engineer at one of the leading Linux distributors, Dan brings strong industry knowledge to share. He is passionate about technology and teaches Linux, open source and Windows at one of Ontario, Canada's leading colleges.

photo: John Karaba IBM - John Karaba: John Karaba is an executive consultant with the IBM Lab Services - Power Cloud Team. His primary expertise is in IT Strategy and IT Optimization. Over the past 10 years, John has been educating clients on the value of cloud and automation, helping them accelerate adoption of private/hybrid cloud(s) by evolving their existing infrastructure investments and tooling. For the past 4+ years his focus has been on helping clients deploy hybrid cloud capabilities on Power and automation for DevOps using Red Hat Ansible with AIX, Linux, and IBM i.
