President's Message

To the IBM i Toronto Users Group Community,

With the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the reports of increased spread of the disease, I wanted to reach out personally to all of our members and associates.

As we actively monitor the situation, we're making decisions with two key priorities in mind: maintaining our commitment to our members and the health and safety of the public.

With this in mind, the TUG Board of Directors has reluctantly decided to cancel our upcoming Meeting of Members (MoM) on Wednesday March 18th. Our sincere apologies to our scheduled IBM speaker Marija Mijalkovic, and to all of you who had registered. We hope to have Marija present her AI topics at a future date.

We are closely monitoring the latest updates to determine what the best decisions will be for our group going forward, and we will keep you informed of any new developments.

As we collectively navigate this difficult and uncertain situation, we wish you the best of luck.
