Whether you are needing to integrate disparate internal business applications, between an IBMi and a Windows based application, or needing to automate more transactions with your external Trading Partners, such as Customers, Suppliers, and Other Third Parties, the challenges of automation and data integration continue to grow.

In this session, we will review a wide range of different File Formats and Transport Protocols that you may be required to deal with to satisfy the demands of other application departments in your enterprise, or the demands of multiple trading partners, each with their own standards.

Coverage on EDI, SOAP, REST, XML Messaging, CSV, TSV, Excel, etc., using HTTP, FTP, Email, and various other transport methods.

Edmund  Reinhardt, Architect for IBM i Application Development (IBM Canada Ltd.) is a highly-skilled professional who can tackle technical challenges with great complexity. He has the vision to see what can be accomplished by technology as well as what the business needs to succeed. Andrew Vaiciunas, Senior Sales Engineer (LANSA Inc. Toronto, Canada)  Andrew has over 35 years of business systems design and development experience on various operating system platforms, including 25+ years on IBM S/38 and AS/400-iSeries platforms, 30+ years with LANSA products, along with team facilitation and software sales.

Grant Cooper, Director of Sales (LANSA Inc. Canada) Grant has been actively involved with the IBMi marketplace over the past 25 years. During his time with LANSA, he has served in many roles, from Project Consultant, Trainer, Technical Specialist, and Account Manager, working with a wide range of IBMi organizations, from around the world, focused on Manufacturing, Distribution, Insurance, Financial Services, Transportation, Logistics, and Commercial Software Development.
